Terms and Conditions:

"My Favourite Valentine's Gift" Facebook Voting ("Program") starts from 1st 00:00 (GMT+8) to 14th (GMT+8) February 2017 ("Program Period"), both days inclusive and a total of 14 days, according to our computer server record.
Participants must be the users of MUJI passport (Hong Kong version). There is no limit for each Facebook account to join the Facebook activity, but each MUJI passport ID is eligible for a maximum of one vote for "My Favourite Valentine's Gift" during the promotion period.
Participants must go through the following steps within the Program Period:
• Like MUJI Hong Kong Facebook Fanpage
• Share 1 product photo as "My Favourite Valentine's Gift" among the 12 photos in MUJI Valentine's Day album; add hashtag #214ValentinesDay in the message (set the post as public for MUJI to obtain the message shared from participants)
• Send Facebook Inbox Message to MUJI Hong Kong through Facebook Fanpage, providing your MUJI passport ID and photo number you shared.
Participants must provide all required information clearly and accurately. Once Facebook Inbox Message is sent, no change in all information provided shall be allowed.
Any duplicate, incorrect and incomplete information will be disqualified. If winners cannot receive winning notifications or cannot redeem the gift due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided, or any incorrect data input or transmission error, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damage arising therefrom.
Winners shall be the participants who voted for the product photo with the highest votes.
The list of winners will be announced on MUJI Hong Kong official page on 24th February 2017 (Friday) and each winner will be notified by MUJI passport notification.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall award miles to winner's MUJI passport account within 7 days after promotion period.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall have no liability for any comment on album or product photos encouraging violence, containing any profane language, indecent contents or malicious comments. Such entry shall be disqualified without prior notice.
Issued MUJI Mile shall be automatically converted to MUJI Shopping Point after 10 days, upon specific stage attained. It can be used as cash in purchasing at Hong Kong MUJI stores (except Café&Meal MUJI) within 30 days from the issuance date. MUJI Shopping Point is not redeemable for cash, or amendable for any changes, nor transferrable or resalable to any other person. For the usage of MUJI Mile and MUJI Shopping Point, please refer to the Terms of Use of MUJI passport.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited reserves the right to, without prior notice, disqualify any participant who has used fake accounts, provided fake and/or duplicate personal information, hacked into or amended any computer programs by any means or participate this Program in dishonest way. The participant will be liable for all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
If any data submitted by the participants or winning notification is lost, inaccurate, un-differentiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issue which is not attributed to the default of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability and the participant cannot object to this.
If any failure to participate this Promotion caused by hardware or software of individual computer or mobile device which is not attributed to the default of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability.
For the costs of the mobile data usage arising from this Program, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability.

Employees and family members of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited and production company are not be eligible to participate in this Program.
Participants understand and agree that MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited has the right to report, use and publish any contents regarding this Program including the gift winner's name, activity highlights, photos, video clips and any other related information, without prior consent of the participants and/or paying any payment or compensation to the participants. The copyright of the said photos and video clips belongs to MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited has the right to revise the details, method and terms & conditions of this Program without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall be final.
This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook will not bear any responsibility for any action of the participants. Participants shall agree to make a complete release of Facebook from any claim related to this Program.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, Chinese version shall prevail.
By participating this Program, it shall be deemed that the participants have read carefully, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
