Event Policy and Regulation


Upon successful enrolment on any of our events you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions below. Violation of the terms and conditions below may result in warning from MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“MUJI”) and dismissal from the event.


A. Health and Safety


1. To ensure safety, participants shall follow the instructions of the instructor and related staff.
2. Participants shall use the kitchenware and facilities provided by the venue in a proper way. If any misuse of kitchenware and facilities which will potentially cause injuries to others is found, the related participant will be requested to leave the venue immediately.
3. Please wear proper outfit and footwear. MUJI shall not be liable to any damage to outfit or footwear during the event, and reserves the right to not admit you to the event without proper outfit and footwear and cancel your registration.
4. Please check the ingredients of the dishes that you are going to prepare during the event and ensure that you are not allergic to the ingredients. MUJI shall not be liable for any adverse reactions caused by food allergies.
5. Participants shall look after their personal belongings properly. MUJI shall not look after the personal belongings of any participant, and not liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.


B. Discipline


1. To ensure smooth running of the event, participants shall follow the instructions of the instructor and related staff.
2. The event will be conducted in group of 3. If participant does not register as a 3-person group, MUJI will group participants on a random basis.
3. If the instructor or related staff considers you are acting in an improper manner that will affect the event including but not limited to causing danger, nuisance or interference to others, MUJI reserves the right to request the related participant to leave the venue and dismiss from the event. In such case, no refund, compensation or alternative arrangement will be arranged.
4. All the utilities and facilities provided by the venue shall be used properly. Participants shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the improper use of utilities and facilities.
5. It is prohibited to smoke or carry lighted cigarettes, cigars, pipes etc. in the venue.


C. General Terms


1. MUJI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from the event or resulting from the actions of anyone attending the event.
2. MUJI shall not be liable for any loss resulting from any event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of MUJI.
3. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
