Every year MUJI releases a series of children’s Animal Print shirts. These organic cotton shirts are printed with a range of fun and colourful animals and over the years have featured everything from rabbits, to ladybugs.

This year MUJI has created four limited edition shirts exclusive to Australia that draw attention to endangered native Australian animals.

Featuring the Red-tailed Black Cockatoo, Greater Bilby, Hawksbill Turtle and Northern Hairy Nosed Wombat, these shirts will be available at both our Emporium and Galeries stores while stock lasts.

Even more excitingly, MUJI has partnered with the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, meaning 10% of every shirt sold goes towards sick, injured and endangered wildlife around the world.

Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors was established in 2002 by Steve and Terri Irwin as a way to include and involve other caring people in the protection of injured, threatened or endangered wildlife – from the individual animal to an entire species. This includes, treating native Australian animals at Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.

MUJI encourages our customers to enjoy these shirts knowing they are helping a worthy cause, and invite them to learn more about the great work the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors do.
