Calling all coffee lovers! Graham Hayes, 2019 and 2018 Canadian Coffee in Good Spirits and Toronto Aerpress Champion, will be at MUJI Atrium this Saturday to teach you how to make the perfect pourover at home! Using the MUJI Porcelain Coffee Dripper and MUJI Paper Filter, participants will be guided through the various techniques you can use to practice on your own.

De Mello Palheta is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe basied in Toronto, Canada. We offer an origin-based approach to coffee, procuring coffees from a large variety of regions and roasting to showcase the traits inherent of the terroir of these respective regions. Our main goal is to build and maintain relationships with coffee farmers. In this way, we work together to produce the finest cups of coffee and improve the quality of life for all along coffee chain; from seed to cup.

  • Workshop will be held on the 2nd floor of the MUJI Atrium store.
  • Online registration is recommended. Remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. (max. 15 people per session)
  • Each session will last about 60 minutes. 
  • Open to anyone 16 years and older. Please register each participant separately. 
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop to check in.
  • Workshops will start at the announced time, and pre-registered spots will only be held for a limited time. If a registered participant doesn’t arrive on time, we may cancel their registration without notice and offer the place to another participant. Please arrive early to guarantee your spot.
