Michelle from Paragon Tea Room
Michelle is the co-founder of Paragon Tea Room. She is originally from Hong Kong, a dynamic city where East and West, and traditional and modern come together. The concept of embracing diversity and staying innovative while preserving culture has a deep impact on how Michelle approaches tea, a culture that has been around for thousands of years. After she moved to Canada 13 years ago, she got inspired by how advanced and well developed the coffee culture is in North America in comparison to tea. She decided to start Paragon Tea Room with a fresh and youthful take on this millennia-old tradition. Her mission is to bring people together to experience moments of profound connection – between cultures, generations and traditions – over delicious cups of tea.
