East Van Roasters
We at East Van Roasters are passionate about creating bean-to-bar chocolate and specialty coffee. We source fine quality beans and roast them in our downtown east side shop. EVR is a social enterprise dedicated to providing a safe professional space where women experiencing social and economic disadvantages gain valuable work experience.
Nacre Collective is a jewelry brand based out of the Kitsilano neighbourhood in Vancouver. Inspired by the West Coast Ocean, Nacre Collective’s goal is to design elegant minimalist pieces that are timeless and affordable. Our brand vision started with a love of pearls, and something we love and remind ourselves every day is that pearls evolve from a grain of sand and form into a pearl. Symbolising that all great things start from something small.
Moving Coffee Roastery
Moving Coffee Roastery imports specialty grade green coffee and roast locally in house. By developing various products under their Signature, Seasonal and Prestige Series, customers can enjoy a wide range of coffee tasting experience by the flavours and characteristics of each cup. We are the members of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) since 2017 and Edmond is ranked as 2nd Place in the Canadian Brewers Cup in 2019. Pour overs, both hot and iced, and retail beans will be available for sale in the MUJI Community Market.

Nu Moon is a lifestyle and botanicals brand based in Vancouver specializing in pampas grass, palms, dried florals, home decor, weddings, and events. Our floral journey started at the beginning of 2020 for the love of home decor. My passion for dried flowers grew from creativity. I also started offering wedding service and floral styling for events. If you love home decor and beautiful things, see all our dreamy pampas grass line and dried florals at the MUJI Community Market.
Nana + Livy
At its core, Nana + Livy is ushered by the idea of feeding skin of all ages and genders with everyday nutritious food ingredients. As an alternative to food intake, a selection of healthy food can be applied directly onto our skin for nutrient absorption. While taking inspiration from the phrase Beauty Starts with Food, we explore different food options, handpicks the highest quality of nutritious ingredients, and experiments every possibility to enhance skin wellness throughout each Bath and Skin Treat production. Our signature bath treats include soap blocks, salt blocks, choco soaps, and bath teas. In the Community Market, you will find our artisan handmade bath and body products including soap blocks, salt blocks, choco soaps, shampoo bars, bath teas, bath salts, face oil, hair oil, face mask + polish.
Mala the Brand
My name is Melody and I am the founder behind Mala the Brand, a soy candle company whose mission is to create the best smelling eco-friendly and clean burning candles, without compromising on quality or the environment. What inspired the creation of Mala, started back in 2016 with a local candle maker that I met in Milos, Greece when I was studying abroad, and it was there I learned and fell in love with the process of candle making. In the weeks that followed, I uncovered many ugly truths about the candle industry: Many mass-produced candles today are actually made from paraffin wax (carcinogenic), lead dipped wicks, and phthalate filled fragrances. Instead, we use the safe ingredients of biodegradable soy wax, lead free wood wicks, and toxic free fragrances, as well as minimal, earth friendly packaging.
One Thing Lockets
One Thing Message Lockets is team of 4 local women with a mission to help fight mental and physical isolation! Each little handmade locket shares a message of love and strength from someone in the world that you haven’t met yet! You can keep the message if it resonates with you or write your own little encouragement and keep it in the locket as a reminder! People also love to gift a little encouragement to someone who needs a little love. Whatever you do with your One Thing Locket, the point is to help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you because of the message in your locket, knowing that you’re never alone. Passionate about bringing people together, One Thing Message Lockets is a Social Enterprise that gives back to Postpartum Depression help and other isolated communities in Canada.
Zorza Bathing Goods
ZORZA offers bath & self-care products handmade with lots of love here in Vancouver, BC. Soft-on-skin as tested by the maker herself, who has been ‘blessed’ with sensitive skin. Started in January 2021 by a Polish girl named Zuzanna (hello!) who somehow found herself living in Canada. What ZORZA is aiming to represent with its brand & products is the inspiration drawn from the sea breeze of Vancouver beaches, alongside my own Slavic ethnicity. ‘Zorza’ means aurora/afterglow in Polish and it’s also the name of two mythical Slavic goddesses of morning & evening stars ー all of this is reflected in our ZORZA logo. At the MUJI Community Market you’ll be able to find our range of handmade bath bombs, shower steamers and lotion bars to up your self-care game and tantalize your senses.
Charlie Paisley is a slow fashion brand with a mission to create a new sustainable standard for hair accessories. Our products, which include bucket hats, hair scarves, bandanas, headbands, oversized scrunchies and scrunchies are handmade in Vancouver, Canada from naturally derived, biodegradable, remnant and vintage deadstock fabrics.
