MUJI GLCC Mall

Hangzhou, which has a long history as a central city in the Yangtze River Delta, is an international tourist destination with an abundance of culture and historical spots. The MUJI GLCC Mall opened on January 18, 2019 as one of the world flagship stores. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a commercial building near the Sai River, which flourishes with tourists all year round.
The interior of the store is furnished with bricks and beams recycled from old buildings in Hangzhou. This gives a comfortable feeling as if at home, regardless of the large space and the colonnade ceiling. In addition to the sales floor for regular MUJI items, there is also a Tea Counter where you can enjoy matcha tea harvested in the suburbs of Hangzhou. This service is available only at this store. Also, the Café&Meal MUJI, a restaurant that makes use of the natural flavors of the ingredients, offers a limited cuisine that uses special local ingredients.
Moreover, the store has implemented MUJI BOOKS which advocates a life with books, and Open MUJI communication space where customers can think and discuss with one another. These spaces will promote our vision of "a simple, pleasent life."
