Black Garlic & Cordyceps Flower Soup with Vegetables (4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • Black Garlic
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Corn
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Ginger
  • Fine Salt
  • Water
  • Cordyceps flower
  •

  • 2 g
  • 1/2pc
  • 45 g
  • 44 g
  • 2 slices
  • 2 g
  • 600 ml
  • 4 g

Directions

  • 1. Peel and dice the black garlic.
  • 2. After rinsing the corn, cut off the corn kernels and keep the corncob.
  • 3. Rinse and peel the carrot, and cut into dices.
  • 4. After rinsing the cabbage, remove the core and cut into dices.
  • 5. Put the black garlic, fresh garlic, corn kernels, corncob, carrot, cabbage, ginger, fine salt and water in a pot and cook over high heat until the soup comes to a boil.
  • 6. Switch to low heat and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 7. Add cordyceps flowers and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat and enjoy the soup.
