- Shiitake Mushroom

- Japanese Mustard Spinach

- Spring Onion

- Pork Belly
- 200 grams
- Japanese Fried Tofu
- 1 piece
- Miso
- 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- Japanese Broth (Kombu and Kelp)
- 300 milliliters
- Soy Milk
- 300 milliliters
- Cooking Sake
- 50 milliliters

Directions (approx. 15 minutes)
- Add all seasonings into the pot (except miso).
- Cook until it boils, then add all the ingredients into the pot.
- Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until all the ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
- Add miso to adjust the flavour and enjoy.
