Soy Milk Hot Pot served with vegetables such as Japan Nagano King Oyster Mushroom and Japanese Mustard Spinach, and tender Pork Belly, bringing you a warm and delicious flavour this autumn and winter.

Shiitake Mushroom

Japanese Mustard Spinach

Spring Onion

Pork Belly
200 grams
Japanese Fried Tofu

Miso
1/2 tablespoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon
Japanese Broth (Kombu and Kelp)
300 milliliters
Soy Milk
300 milliliters
Cooking Sake
50 milliliters

Directions (approx. 15 minutes)

  1. Add all seasonings into the pot (except miso).
  2. Cook until it boils, then add all the ingredients into the pot.
  3. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until all the ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
  4. Add miso to adjust the flavour and enjoy.
