Chicken and Radish Yuzu Flavoured Hot Pot
Yuzu flavoured hot pot served with Japanese radish, cabbage and chicken for a warm and delicious taste.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- Japan Yamagata Mini Radish
- 1/2 piece
- Chicken Meat
- 400 grams
- Chinese Cabbage
- 1/2 piece (about 200 grams)
- Japanese Leek
- 1/3 piece
- Japanese Yuzu
- 2/3 piece
- Japanese Instant Dashi Powder
- 2 teaspoons
- Salt
- 1/3 teaspoon
- Cooking Sake
- 3 tablespoons
- Water
- 700 millilitres
- Potato Starch
- 1 tablespoon

Directions (approx. 15 minutes)
- Add instant dashi powder, cooking sake, salt and water into the pot and cook until it boils.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into 5cm and the Japanese leek into 1cm long pieces respectively, peel the Japanese radish and then cut into 2-4 pieces.
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, combine the chicken with the starch and add into the pot.
- Add Chinese cabbage and Japanese leek, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Grate the radish and add into the pot.
- Add Japanese yuzu and cook for another 2 minutes until you can smell the yuzu scent, and enjoy.
