
Pork Stew with Japan Hokkaido Caramel Onion and Beer
Japan Hokkaido Caramel Onion served with pork tenderloin and beer for a rich and sweet flavour.

- Pork Tenderloin
- 400 grams
- Salt
- Proper quantity
- Pepper
- Proper quantity
- Salad Oil

- 350ml
- Consommé
- 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf

Directions (approx. 25 minutes)
- Slice the pork tenderloin and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Cut the Caramel Onion into 5 mm thick slices.
- Heat the pan with salad oil and fry the onion until it turns transparent.
- Add the pork tenderloin, bear, consommé and bay leaf. Cover with the lid, and cook over low heat for about 1 hour.
- When the pork tenderloin becomes fork-tender, add mustard sauce to adjust the flavour and enjoy.
