Pan-Fried Brussel Sprout with Cherry Tomato
Charred and crispy on the outside, lightly caramelized on the inside, a tasty side dish with rich nutrients.

- Cherry Tomato
- 100 grams
- Garlic

Directions
- Wash the brussels sprouts and cherry tomatoes and the cut in half. Chop the garlic into smaller pieces.
- Preheat a frying pan over low heat for 2 minutes, add olive oil and brussels sprouts. Pan-fry the brussels sprouts over low-to-medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until the undersides turn golden brown.
- Stir to turn brussels sprouts over and cook other sides another 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Then set aside the brussels sprouts, add cherry tomatoes and garlic slices and pan-fry until fragrant. Continue to cook and stir the brussels sprouts until cooked thoroughly. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
