Cabbage with Bacon in Soup
A nourishing soup made with Japan Aichi Cabbage and bacon brings an appetizing flavour and a rich mouthfeel.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- Japan Aichi Cabbage
- 1 piece
- Bacon
- 8 slices
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper
- Appropriate
- Rosemary
- 1 piece
- Water
- 1200 millilitres
- Natural Chicken Powder
- 2 tablespoons

Japan Aichi Cabbage (Direct Farm) Directions (approx. 25 minutes)
- Remove the triangular core of the cabbage and then cut into 4 equal portions. Cut the bacon into 3 slices of equal length.
- Place the bacon slices between the cabbage leaves.
- Put the cabbage into a pot, add rosemary, chicken powder, cover the pot and heat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Cook until the cabbage leaves become soften. Sparkle with salt and black pepper, and enjoy.
