Cabbage with Bacon in Soup

A nourishing soup made with Japan Aichi Cabbage and bacon brings an appetizing flavour and a rich mouthfeel.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Japan Aichi Cabbage
1 piece
Bacon
8 slices
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
Appropriate
Rosemary

Water
1200 millilitres
Natural Chicken Powder
2 tablespoons

Japan Aichi Cabbage (Direct Farm)

Directions (approx. 25 minutes)

  1. Remove the triangular core of the cabbage and then cut into 4 equal portions. Cut the bacon into 3 slices of equal length.
  2. Place the bacon slices between the cabbage leaves.
  3. Put the cabbage into a pot, add rosemary, chicken powder, cover the pot and heat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook until the cabbage leaves become soften. Sparkle with salt and black pepper, and enjoy.
