Pickled Salad Pumpkin

Pickled pumpkin is a nice side dish. It's sweet with a hint of sourness and tastes of cucumber and whitebait.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Japan Okinawa Salad Pumpkin
1/4 piece
Cucumber
1/2 piece
Whitebait
4 tablespoons
Dried Bonito Flakes
Appropriate
★Japanese Sweet Vinegar
4-5 tablespoons
★Noodle Sauce
1 tablespoon
★Sugar

Directions

  1. Slice the pumpkin with seeds and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Blanch the whitebait and then set it aside for later use.
  2. Put all the ingredients in step (1) into a bowl.
  3. Put ★ into the bowl of step (2) and mix well, put it in the refrigerator for about 40-50 minutes.
  4. Served with dried bonito flakes and enjoy.
