Pickled Salad Pumpkin
Pickled pumpkin is a nice side dish. It's sweet with a hint of sourness and tastes of cucumber and whitebait.

- Japan Okinawa Salad Pumpkin
- 1/4 piece
- Cucumber
- 1/2 piece
- Whitebait
- 4 tablespoons
- Dried Bonito Flakes
- Appropriate
- ★Japanese Sweet Vinegar
- 4-5 tablespoons
- ★Noodle Sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- ★Sugar
- Appropriate

Directions
- Slice the pumpkin with seeds and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Blanch the whitebait and then set it aside for later use.
- Put all the ingredients in step (1) into a bowl.
- Put ★ into the bowl of step (2) and mix well, put it in the refrigerator for about 40-50 minutes.
- Served with dried bonito flakes and enjoy.
