Baumkuchen French Toast

Enjoy the simple but delicious snacks with buttery aroma and delightful flavours for the festival.

Ingredients(2-3 servings)

A: Condensed milk
4 tablespoons
A: Milk
100 ml
A: Egg
1 pc
Butter
10 g
Icing Sugar
Optional
Maple syrup
Optional
Mint leaves
Optional

Butter Baumkuchen 1 pc

Preparation

Cut the Butter Baumkuchen into 4 equal portions. Put ingredients A in a mixer bowl and stir until Butter Baumkuchen chunks are soaked completely.

Directions(approx. 15 minutes)

  1. Put the Butter Baumkuchen and ingredients A mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Put the bowl into a microwave and heat at 600 watt for 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and flip the Butter Baumkuchen upside down, return the bowl into the microwave and heat for 30 seconds longer.
  2. Heat a frying pan with butter until it melts. Add the Butter Baumkuchen and pan-fried until its surface becomes golden-brown.
  3. Place the pan-fried Butter Baumkuchen on a plate and sprinkle with icing sugar and maple syrup. Decorate with mint leaves before serving.
