
Spicy Curry Tsukemen
Cook the ramen and use simple method to prepare the dipping sauce with chicken broth and curry. Enjoy the ramen with the delicious dipping sauce.
Ingredients(2 servings)
- A: Chicken broth
- 300 ml
- A: Soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons
- A: Mirin
- 1 tablespoon
- A: White pepper
- A little
- A: Sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon
- Dipping ramen
- 2 packs
- Red onion
- 1/8 pc
- Green onion
- 1 bunch
- Half-cooked egg
- 2 pcs

Preparation
Slice the red onion and chop the green onion.
Put the eggs in boiling hot water for about 6 and a half minutes, cool down the eggs with ice water.
Directions(approx. 15 minutes)
- Put ingredients A in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add Spicy Chicken Curry and boil on low flame for 3 minutes longer.
- Cook the ramen and put it into a bowl. Pour ingredients A curry sauce mixture into another bowl and add the prepared ingredients such as sliced red onion, chopped green onion and half-cooked eggs. Enjoy the ramen with the delicious dipping sauce.
