Spicy Curry Tsukemen

Cook the ramen and use simple method to prepare the dipping sauce with chicken broth and curry. Enjoy the ramen with the delicious dipping sauce.

Ingredients(2 servings)

A: Chicken broth
300 ml
A: Soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons
A: Mirin
1 tablespoon
A: White pepper
A little
A: Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Dipping ramen
2 packs
Red onion
1/8 pc
Green onion
1 bunch
Half-cooked egg
2 pcs

Spicy Chicken Curry 180 g (1 serving)


Slice the red onion and chop the green onion.
Put the eggs in boiling hot water for about 6 and a half minutes, cool down the eggs with ice water.

Directions(approx. 15 minutes)

  1. Put ingredients A in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add Spicy Chicken Curry and boil on low flame for 3 minutes longer.
  2. Cook the ramen and put it into a bowl. Pour ingredients A curry sauce mixture into another bowl and add the prepared ingredients such as sliced red onion, chopped green onion and half-cooked eggs. Enjoy the ramen with the delicious dipping sauce.
