Tofu with Ginger Keema

Smooth tasting tofu matches well with vegetables and keema curry, becoming a savory cold dish.

Dry Ginger Keema Curry

Tofu
1 block
Cherry Tomatoes
4 pcs
Shiso Leaves
2 pcs
Cucumber
1/3 pcs
Sprouts

Dry Ginger Keema Curry

Directions (approx. 5 minutes)

  1. Heat Dry Ginger Keema Curry in hot water.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, dice the shiso leaves.
  3. Place the tofu inside a small bowl. Top the tofu with ingredients from steps (1), step (2) and sprouts respectively and finish.
