Xmas Caramel Popcorn Baumkuchen

Directions(approx. 30 minutes)

  1. Decorate the biscuit stick (tree trunk) with leaves and branches from the chocolate pens. Sprinkle with crushed Fruit Mix Candy. Allow it to cool down and solidify at room temperature.
  2. Put the fresh cream and caramel syrup in a bowl and whip for 8 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  3. Put the Big Baumkuchen on a dish. Cut strawberries to 1/4 size and put it into to the hole of the Big Baumkuchen with the Caramel Popcorns.
  4. Ice the Big Baumkuchen with whipped cream made in step 2.
  5. Use a fork to take moderate caramel syrup to draw wood grain on the whipped cream.
  6. Place the Xmas trees made in step 1 upside down onto the top of the Baumkuchen and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Finish.
