- Handmade Rice Flour Pancake

- Sliced Rice Cake
- 3 pcs
- Milk
- 200 ml
- Roasted Soybean Flour
- 1 tbsp
- Black Sugar Syrup
- 2 tbsp
- Ice-cream
- 100 ml

Directions (Approx. 10 minutes)

Cut the sliced rice cake into 1cm dices.
- Mix the Handmade Rice Flour Pancake and milk, add Step (1) and mix thoroughly.

Heat the frying pan with salad oil, add Step (2) pancake mixture and cook with the lid on.
- Serve with roasted soybean flour, black sugar syrup, ice cream and enjoy.
