Rice Cake and Rice Flour Pancake with Black Sugar Syrup and Roasted Soybean Flour

A chewy Japanese style pancake with sweet and mellow flavour.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Handmade Rice Flour Pancake
1 pc
Sliced Rice Cake
3 pcs
Milk
200 ml
Roasted Soybean Flour
1 tbsp
Black Sugar Syrup
2 tbsp
Ice-cream
100 ml
Salad Oil

Directions (Approx. 10 minutes)

  1. Cut the sliced rice cake into 1cm dices.
  2. Mix the Handmade Rice Flour Pancake and milk, add Step (1) and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the frying pan with salad oil, add Step (2) pancake mixture and cook with the lid on.
  4. Serve with roasted soybean flour, black sugar syrup, ice cream and enjoy.
