
Gluten-free Lemon Pound Cake
Deliver a dense and moist mouthfeel with a hint of rice aroma.
Ingredients(350 ml pound cake)
- Handmade Rice Flour Pancake
- 1 pc
- Egg
- 2 pcs
- Unsalted Butter
- 80 g
- Sugar
- 80 g
- Honey
- 10 g
- Milk
- 80 ml
- Lemon Zest
- 0.5 pc
- Lemon for Decoration
- 0.5 pc

Preparation Beforehand:
・Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature.
・Line the pound cake mould with parchment paper.
・Grate the lemon zest.
・Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Directions(Approx. 60 minutes)
- Mix the unsalted butter and sugar; add the beaten egg to the mixture, a little at a time.
- Add honey, milk and lemon zest to Step (1).

Mix the Handmade Rice Flour Pancake and Step (2) mixture with a silicone spatula. Pour the mixture into the cake mould.
- Bake at a 180°C oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool down the cake and enjoy.
