
Shrimp Cream Gratin
Baked potatoes with Pasta Sauce Americaine for a savoury dish.
Ingredients (2 gratin platters)
- Pasta Sauce Americaine
- 1 pc
- Milk
- 4 tbsp
- Shrimp
- 6 pcs
- M Size Potato
- 4 pcs
- Broccoli
- 1/3 stalk
- Shredded Cheese
- 50 g
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Bread Crumbs

Directions (Approx. 30 minutes)
- Remove the skin and sprouts from the potatoes, cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut the broccoli into smaller bunches. Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Put the potatoes, broccoli, milk and Pasta Sauce Americaine into a heat-resistant container, give a sprinkle of black pepper. Cover with microwave wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 12 minutes.

Mash Step (2) ingredients with a wooden spatula, and mix quickly.

Pour Step (3) into the gratin platter, add shredded cheese, shrimp and bread crumbs.

Bake in a 750w oven toaster for 6 minutes, sprinkle with the parslies that included in the Pasta Sauce Americaine and enjoy.
