Shrimp Cream Gratin

Baked potatoes with Pasta Sauce Americaine for a savoury dish.

Ingredients (2 gratin platters)

Pasta Sauce Americaine
1 pc
Milk
4 tbsp
Shrimp
6 pcs
M Size Potato
4 pcs
Broccoli
1/3 stalk
Shredded Cheese
50 g
Pinch of Black Pepper
Bread Crumbs

Directions (Approx. 30 minutes)

  1. Remove the skin and sprouts from the potatoes, cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut the broccoli into smaller bunches. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Put the potatoes, broccoli, milk and Pasta Sauce Americaine into a heat-resistant container, give a sprinkle of black pepper. Cover with microwave wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 12 minutes.
  3. Mash Step (2) ingredients with a wooden spatula, and mix quickly.
  4. Pour Step (3) into the gratin platter, add shredded cheese, shrimp and bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in a 750w oven toaster for 6 minutes, sprinkle with the parslies that included in the Pasta Sauce Americaine and enjoy.
