Handmade Pad Thai (Sweet & Salty Stir-Fried Noodles)

Other ingredient to be prepared
Shrimp – about 5cm, 4 - 5 pieces (about 100g)
Chicken / Pork Slices – 40g (cut into small pieces)
Deep Fried Tofu – 1/4 sheet (cut into strips)
Leek – 1/2 bundle (cut into 2 - 3cm)
Bean Sprouts – 60g
Egg – 1 (beaten)
Stir Fry Oil – 3 tablespoon (about 45ml)

How to prepare
1. Put rice noodles in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and leave in a colander
(Please be careful not to boil for too long)
2. Heat a frying pan, add half the oil, pour the beaten egg into the pan to make a scrambled egg and take it out to a separate plate
3. Heat the frying pan again, add the remaining oil, add the meat, shrimp, fried tofu and rehydrated rice noodle and mix. (If the rice noodles are hard, add a little water).
4. Add the scrambled eggs and pad thai sauce that you made, stir-fry and turn off the heat
5. Add leek, bean sprouts and mix to finish (To enjoy with the aftertaste sauce)
*Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if you like
