Handmade Lu Rou Fan (Sweet & Salty Braised Meat Sauce)

Seasonal sauce 40g
Stewed sauce 78g

Other Ingredients to be prepared
Pork (for curry) - 250g
Egg - 1pc
Japanese mustard spinach - 4 bundle (200g)
Water - 100ml
Rice for 2 bowls

How to prepare
1. Cut Japanese mustard spinach into 5cm widths and boil the eggs.
2.Soak the pork into the seasoning sauce and fry it in a frying pan on medium heat until it turn browned
3. Add the stewed sauce, 100ml of water and boiled egg to ② and simmer for 5 minutes with occasional stirring.
*If the stew time is lengthened, the meat will be tenderer and the taste will soak into it.
4. Add Japanese mustard spinach and simmer for another 3 minutes.
5. Put the pork, Japanese mustard spinach and boiled egg of ④ on rice, cut it in half and sprinkle the broth in the desired amount.
