ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Zach is the owner of Kettl, a Japanese tea company based in both Brooklyn, New York and Fukuoka, Japan. All of their teas are sourced directly from growers and producers who they know and visit several times a year. They are more than suppliers – they are teachers, business partners, and friends of the brand.
