MUJI Langham Place officially reopened with a brand-new look on June 20, 2025.

To support the company’s business development, the Langham Place store has completed renovation and expansion works at its original location, offering customers a more spacious and comfortable shopping environment as well as a more diversified shopping experience.

The new store is larger in size, with an overall design theme centered on “natural wood and gray-white tones,” which continues MUJI’s simple and natural style while also incorporating the unique urban vitality of the Mong Kok district. MUJI Langham Place offers a more comprehensive range of men’s and ladies’ wear, stationery, and food items, along with a full lineup of “Health and Beauty” items. Additionally, the “MUJI to GO” travel goods section has been significantly expanded to provide a wider and more complete selection of travel essentials, thoughtfully catering to travel-loving customers and travelers. The new store is also equipped with environmentally friendly facilities such as MUJI CYCLE recycling bins and water refill stations, demonstrating MUJI’s commitment to reducing resource waste and promoting environmental awareness.

MUJI Store Business Development in the Second Half of 2025

To have better alignment of the company’s business development, serveral MUJI stores will be restructured in the second half of 2025, introducingnew elements to provide customers with a higher quality and more diversified shopping experience. The business adjustments include the renovation and expansion of existing stores to fully support the company’s overall development strategy and direction.

MUJI consistently provides a comprehensive range of practical daily necessities, including different types of clothing, furniture, personal care and beauty products, and food, which meet the everyday needs of different customers. In addition, to ensure that customers can conveniently purchase essential items, MUJI will introduce the new concept store “MUJI com” to Hong Kong for the first time in late October 2025. The stores at MTR Hong Kong Station and Tsing Yi Station will be transformed into the first two “MUJI com” locations in the city, allowing customers to more easily and quickly acquire daily necessities on their way to work or school.

MUJI YOHO MALL Renovation Notice

To provide a more comfortable shopping experience, MUJI YOHO MALL store will relocate to Shop No. 1061-62, Level 1, YOHO MALL I, in mid-August 2025, bringing a brand new look and a more spacious shopping environment. The MUJI MOKO store officially opened on July 11, 2025.

Located above Mong Kok East MTR Station, MUJI MOKO is situated in the heart of Mong Kok District. The store offers a diverse range of daily goods such as men’s and ladies’ wear, beauty and personal care items, household goods, and food that are truly fundamental to day-to-day life. The new store also features a MUJI CYCLE recycling box, promoting the reduction of resource waste and conveying environmental messages. MUJI Metroplaza Store Renovation and POP UP Store Notice

To provide a more comfortable shopping experience, MUJI Metroplaza store will remain open until June 29 and will undergo renovation starting June 30. We plan to reopen at the original location with a brand-new look in late September.

MUJI Stores Business Adjustment in 2025

To have better alignment of the company’s business development, some MUJI stores will be restructured in 2025, bringing a higher quality and more diversified shopping experiences to customers. The business adjustment includes new store opening, relocation and expansion work for existing stores as to fully align with the overall development of the company.

MUJI has always prioritized the needs of our customers, which places important consideration on whether the store locations are convenient for both neighboring residents and office workers to shop for their daily needs. Therefore, our stores are often located in the main living areas of customers, industrial and commercial areas to reach out to more local families and individuals, office workers and tourists. With better understanding of the needs of different groups, MUJI can further get into customers’ daily life.

The stores will follow a simple, clean with natural color tone in-store design while providing a spacious and comfortable shopping space to share the concept of MUJI, “A simple and pleasant life” with our customers. Recall Notice on Bamboo Folding Stool

According to the news released from our headquarters, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., on 24th January 2025, certain production lots of Bamboo Folding Stool have been found to have a defective issue. The stool’s legs may unexpectedly fold during use, posing a risk of accidents. In consideration of customers’ safety, MUJI Japan and Hong Kong are conducting a voluntary recall and have removed the items from the sales floor immediately. Customers can bring their purchased item(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for a refund with immediate effect.
