According to the news released from our headquarters, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., on 24th January 2025, certain production lots of Bamboo Folding Stool have been found to have a defective issue. The stool’s legs may unexpectedly fold during use, posing a risk of accidents. In consideration of customers’ safety, MUJI Japan and Hong Kong are conducting a voluntary recall and have removed the items from the sales floor immediately. Customers can bring their purchased item(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for a refund with immediate effect.
