MUJI’s stores at MTR Hong Kong Station and MTR Tsing Yi Station will transition to a convenience store model, offering a curated selection of snacks, stationery, skincare, and daily essentials. This upgrade delivers a seamless and effortless shopping experience for busy professionals, students, and urban dwellers.

“MUJI com” embodies three core principles: Compact, Convenience, and Community. Designed for busy urban dwellers, MUJI com offers a seamless and comfortable shopping experience. Upholding MUJI’s signature minimalist aesthetic, the stores feature display racks and wall decorations crafted from recycled wood, accented with curved metal panels, reflecting a commitment to sustainability while creating a spacious and warm ambiance. Customers can also enjoy a personalized shopping experience through the MUJI app, which provides tailored product information, exclusive offers, and interactive features.

Both MUJI com Hong Kong Station and MUJI com Tsing Yi Station located at their original sites, offer fully self-service and cashless payment systems, simplifying the checkout process. MUJI Metroplaza officially reopened with a brand-new look on September 26, 2025.

To support the company’s business development, the MUJI Metroplaza store has completed renovation works at the original location, offering customers a more comfortable shopping space and a more diversified shopping experience.

The new store continues with the minimalist and refined design, using warm-textured dark vertical wooden slats and coffee ground recycled brick walls to create a natural and tranquil shopping environment. The newly added “COFFEE STAND and Bakery Section” emits rich aromas of coffee and baked light meals from the entrance, complemented by a diverse product display covering apparel, household items, food and travel goods. From classic apparel to practical household items, every corner embodies the concept of “pleasant living”, providing a comfortable and functional all-around lifestyle proposal.

To further promote green living, the new store features a special “Water Station”, allowing customers to conveniently refill their own water bottles and reduce the use of single-use plastics.
