According to the news released from our headquarters, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., on 22 February 2019, Natural Mineral Water has been voluntarily recalled since bromic acid exceeding the reference value has been detected. MUJI Japan and Hong Kong have removed items of the following batches from sales floor immediately and are currently recalling related items. Customers can bring their purchased item(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for refund with immediate effect.

In consideration of food safety, MUJI Hong Kong has removed items of the same batch from our sales floor immediately and is currently recalling related items. Customers can bring their purchased pack(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for refund or exchange arrangements with immediate effect.
