Gateau Chocolate Cake with Orange Peels
Handmade Gateau with orange peels added features a fresh orange fragrance, while provides a blend of layers and textures. Lemon peels can also be used to provide different flavours.
- Orange Peels
- Shred the orange peels into coarse grain.
- Prepare cake mixture according to directions on the homemade kit package. Add the shredded orange peels and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the mould. Add shredded orange peels on top of the dough. Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes. (Baking time varies as per different oven model.)
