
Chocolate Mochi
The delicious Chocolate Mochi is easy to make with simple ingredients and steps, providing chewy texture and rich chocolate aroma.
Ingredients
- Mochi
- 4 pcs
- Milk
- 4 tablespoons
- Raw Cream
- 4 tablespoons
- Potato Starch
- Optional

Directions
- Put raw cream in a small mixing bowl set over 80°C hot water. When the cream is warmed, add in the chocolate to melt them with cream. Divide into 4 equal portions after it cools down.
- Heat 1 pc of mochi and 1 tablespoon of milk together in a microwave.
- Softly rub mochi until it mixes well with milk.
- Place mochi on a flat surface. Add potato starch and rub until it turns sticky. Press it into a pie shape.
- Put the ingredients of step (1) on the middle of the mochi and wrap well.
- Sprinkle with chocolate powder from homemade kit on top of the mochi.
- Repeat step (2) to (6) for other mochi.
