
Double Chocolate Cheese Tart
Delightful and tasty heart-shaped chocolate tart features a blend of chocolate and cheese flavours. It provides multiple textures with added nuts and crunch.
Ingredients
- Milk
- 1 teaspoon
- Cream Cheese
- 30 g
- Sugar
- 10 g
- Egg Yolk
- 1 pc
- Cake Flour
- 1 teaspoon

Directions
- Heat cream cheese, add sugar, egg yolk and cake flour and mix well.
- Heat the milk in a microwave. Take 20g of chocolate from homemade kit and melt it into the heated milk, set aside to cool down.
- Mix the ingredients of step (1) and (2). Take half of the white crunch (approx. 2 g) from homemade kit, add into the mixture and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Pour the mixture into tart crust until four-fifths full. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the tarts from oven and set aside to cool down. Heat and melt the remaining chocolate. Pour it on the tart and decorate with nuts and white crunch.
