
Cheesy Baked Rice with Sesame Miso
Hot pot is ideal for friends and family gathering in winter. Adding rice and cheese after finishing the hot pot let you savour the delicious hot pot flavours again.
Ingredients(3-4 servings)
Hot Pot
- Pork mince
- 150 g
- Spinach
- 1/2 bunch
- Sprout
- 1/2 bag
- Mushroom
- 3 pcs
- Cotton tofu
- 1/2 pc
- A: Handmade Sesame Miso
- 1 bag
- A: Water
- 400 ml
Baked Rice
- Remaining broth
- Optional
- Butter
- 15 g
- Cheese
- 100 g
- Black pepper
- A little
- Rice
- 1 bowl

Directions(approx. 15 minutes) (Baked Rice)
- Add chopped tofu, spinach and mushrooms to a casserole, and then add sprouts and pork mince. Fill the casserole with well-mixed ingredients A.
- Cover the lid, bring it to a boil and enjoy the hot pot.
- After finishing the hot pot, add rice, butter and black pepper to the remaining broth and prepare the baked rice mixture.
- Pour the baked rice mixture into a heat-resistant container and top with cheese. Put it into an oven, bake at 750 watt for 7-8 minutes and serve.
