
Marshmallow Gateau Chocolate Cake
Marshmallows toasted into golden colour with caramel fragrance, it is ideal for celebrating Valentine's Day at home.
Ingredients(3-4 servings)
- Handmade Gateau
- 2 sets
- Cake Mix
- 2 packs
- Chocolate
- 2 packs
- Medium-size Egg
- 2 pcs
- Milk
- 120 ml
- Unsalted Butter
- 80 g
- Marshmallow
- 35 g
- Strawberr
- 4 pcs
- A: Raw Cream
- 50 ml
- A: Sugar
- 5 g
- A: Vanilla Essence

Directions(approx. 50 minutes)
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake 2 pcs of Handmade Gateau for about 20 minutes.

Place marshmallows on 1 of the chocolate cakes. Place it in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
- Put ingredients A in a bowl and whisk until stiff.
- Cut the strawberry into 3-4 pieces and place them on the chocolate cake without marshmallows. Stack it on the chocolate cake with marshmallows and serve.
