Marshmallow Gateau Chocolate Cake

Marshmallows toasted into golden colour with caramel fragrance, it is ideal for celebrating Valentine's Day at home.

Ingredients(3-4 servings)

Handmade Gateau
2 sets
Cake Mix
2 packs
2 packs
Medium-size Egg
2 pcs
120 ml
Unsalted Butter
80 g
35 g
4 pcs
A: Raw Cream
50 ml
A: Sugar
5 g
A: Vanilla Essence

Handmade Gateau 120 g
Marshmallow 80 g

Directions(approx. 50 minutes)

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake 2 pcs of Handmade Gateau for about 20 minutes.
  2. Place marshmallows on 1 of the chocolate cakes. Place it in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Put ingredients A in a bowl and whisk until stiff.
  4. Cut the strawberry into 3-4 pieces and place them on the chocolate cake without marshmallows. Stack it on the chocolate cake with marshmallows and serve.
