
Coffee Jelly with Vanilla Ice Cream
A simple dessert by mixing balanced taste coffee with hot water and gelatin powder.
Ingredients(4 servings)
- Coffee
- 270g (1 can)
- Gelatin Powder
- 10g
- Hot Water
- 100ml
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Optional

Directions(approx. 4 hours)
- Put 1 can of coffee in a bowl.

Put gelatin powder and hot water in a mixer bowl and mix well.

Put 2 into 1 and mix well, then pour into preservation container.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.

Scoop coffee jelly in a glass and top with vanilla ice cream to serve.
