Coffee Jelly with Vanilla Ice Cream

A simple dessert by mixing balanced taste coffee with hot water and gelatin powder.

Ingredients(4 servings)

Coffee  
270g (1 can)
Gelatin Powder 
10g
Hot Water  
100ml
Vanilla Ice Cream   
Optional

Cafe Latte 270g
Black Coffee 270g

Directions(approx. 4 hours)

  1. Put 1 can of coffee in a bowl.
  2. Put gelatin powder and hot water in a mixer bowl and mix well.
  3. Put 2 into 1 and mix well, then pour into preservation container.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop coffee jelly in a glass and top with vanilla ice cream to serve.
