Japan Beni Haruka Sweet Potato and Corn Rice

The taste profile and nutrient level of sweet pototates are at their best in winter. Mix with corns for rice with a healthy flavour.

Japan Beni Haruka Sweet Potato
80 grams
Corn Kernel
40 grams
White Rice
160 grams
Water
200 millilitres

Directions (approx. 30 minutes)

  1. Clean the sweet potatoes and cut into 1cm cubes.
  2. Wash the corn kernels and white rice for use.
  3. Put the sweet potato cubes, corn kernels and white rice into the rice cooker, add 200 milliliters of water, cook for about 20 minutes and enjoy.
