Japan Beni Haruka Sweet Potato and Corn Rice
The taste profile and nutrient level of sweet pototates are at their best in winter. Mix with corns for rice with a healthy flavour.

- Japan Beni Haruka Sweet Potato
- 80 grams
- Corn Kernel
- 40 grams
- White Rice
- 160 grams
- 200 millilitres

Directions (approx. 30 minutes)
- Clean the sweet potatoes and cut into 1cm cubes.
- Wash the corn kernels and white rice for use.
- Put the sweet potato cubes, corn kernels and white rice into the rice cooker, add 200 milliliters of water, cook for about 20 minutes and enjoy.
