Here are some tips to help you in your daily life.

When you have a lot of seasonal ingredients, or when you feel like you can’t afford to finish eating it, one method to prolong the shelf life of the ingredients is by making preserved food using a sealed glass storage jar.

With the transparency of the glass, you can observe the changes of the ingredients as the tastiness grows over time. Select the capacity according to the amount of ingredients to make preserved pickles, fruit vinegar, fruit liquor, oil pickles, and others. Before using the glass container, remember to sterilize with hot water or disinfecting with alcohol.
