Do check if you are entitled to a miles incentive coupon by following these simple steps. 

1. Launch Muji Passport App.
2. Access 'Menu' at top left of the app.
3. Under the 'Menu' dropdown, press in to 'Coupons'.
4. If you have attained specific tier with your accumulated miles, you will see an incentive coupon available.
