Terms and Conditions for MUJI GIFT 365 JOYFUL DAYS Give Blessing Facebook Game

MUJI GIFT 365 JOYFUL DAYS Give Blessing Facebook Game ("Program") starts from 25th November 2016 00:00 (GMT+8) to 27th December 2016 00:00 (GMT+8) ("Program Period"), both days inclusive and a total of 33 days, according to our computer server record.
The participant must be a Hong Kong permanent resident and holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
Participants must go through the following steps within the Program Period
3.1 Like MUJI Hong Kong Facebook Fanpage
3.2 Select a gift from MUJI online product information page which is suitable for your friend or family and share the photo on your Facebook
3.3 Tag a friend of you and leave a blessing message
3.4 Add hashtag #365JoyfulDays and #MUJIHK, set the post public and share (For MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited to obtain the message shared from participants)
Participants must set their share post public in order to join the game. The is no restriction on the no. of time that each Facebook account can participate in this Program but each Facebook account is eligible for a maximum of one gift in this Program during the entire Program Period.
Participants must provide all required information clearly and accurately. Once the registration completed, no change in all information provided shall be allowed.
The name provided by participant must be the same as the one as shown in their HKID for verification purpose, upon gift redemption. Any duplicate, incorrect and incomplete information will be disqualified. If winners cannot receive winning notifications or cannot redeem the gift due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided, or any incorrect data input or transmission error, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damage arising therefrom.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall select winners based on the appropriateness of the selected gift and message content. MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall have no liability for any entry containing plagiarism or copy content, encouraging violence, containing any profane language, indecent contetns or malicious comments. Such entry shall be disqualified without prior notice.
The selected participant is eligible for a daily gift. Daily period is counted from 00:00 (GMT+8) to 23:59 (GMT +8) every day. 1 daily gift shall be given away. Each Facebook account is eligible for a MUJI HK$50 cash coupon and 2 pcs of Café&Meal MUJI discount coupons.
All winners will be notified individually by Facebook Inbox Message. Results of this Program will be announced on MUJI Hong Kong official page www.muji.com/hk/ and fans page www.facebook.com/muji.hongkong on 4th January 2017 (Wednesday). Winners will provide their full name (as shown on their HKID card), email address and contact number, which shall be used for identity verification, issuance of gift redemption letter and communication purpose.
Winners shall redeem the gift in person at designated place during the specified period by presenting the e-mail notification and the screen of their Facebook account shown on their mobile phone. Failure to do so will result in disqualification to gift redemption.
The winner who cannot redeem the gift at designated time will be deemed as forfeiture of the gift. MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall be entitled to process the gift therefrom.
Gift is not redeemable for cash, returnable, exchangeable or amendable for any changes, nor transferrable or resalable to any other person. No cancellation or change can be made for any redeemed gift.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited reserves the right to, without prior notice, disqualify any participant who has used fake accounts, provided fake and/or duplicate personal information, hacked into or amended any computer programs by any means or participate this Program in dishonest way. The participant will be liable for all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
If any data submitted by the participants or winning notification is lost, inaccurate, un-differentiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issue which is not attributed to the default of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability and the participant cannot object to this.
If any failure to participate this Promotion caused by hardware or software of individual computer or mobile device which is not attributed to the default of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability.
For the costs of the mobile data usage arising from this Program, MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall not have any liability.

Participants understand and agree that MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited has the right to report, use and publish any contents regarding this Program, including the gift winner's name, activity highlights, photos, video clips and any other related information, without prior consent of the participants and/or paying any payment or compensation to the participants. The copyright of the said photos and video clips belongs to MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited has the right to revise the details, method and terms & conditions of this Program without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited shall be final.
This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook will not bear any responsibility for any action of the participants. Participants shall agree to make a complete release of Facebook from any claim related to this Program.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, Chinese version shall prevail.
By participating this Program, it shall be deemed that the participants have read carefully, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
