Recall Notice on Brownie

According to the news released from our headquarters, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., on 28 August 2019, Walnut Brownie and Earl Grey Brownie sold between 16 July 2019 to 23 August 2019 have been voluntarily recalled due to discovery of mold-like substance in some packages at MUJI stores in  Japan. In consideration of food safety, MUJI Japan and Hong Kong have removed the items from sales floor immediately and are currently recalling the items. Meanwhile, Caramel Brownie, though similar case has not been found, taking into consideration that it is manufactured by the same production equipment, MUJI Japan and Hong Kong have also removed related items from sales floor immediately and currently recalling the items. Customers can bring their purchase item(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for refund with immediate effect.

According to the news released from our headquarters, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., on 22 February 2019, Natural Mineral Water has been voluntarily recalled since bromic acid exceeding the reference value has been detected. MUJI Japan and Hong Kong have removed items of the following batches from sales floor immediately and are currently recalling related items. Customers can bring their purchased item(s) to any MUJI store in Hong Kong for refund with immediate effect.

Net purchase amount HK$4000 or above : Free

Assembly Charge
Basic Item : HK$200 per unit
System Furniture : First Column HK$200
                              Each Connected Column HK$100

System Furniture includes but not limited to Wooden Stacking Shelf, Oak Wood Unit Shelf, Steel Unit Shelf, Wooden Stackable Cabinet. Assembly charge varies according to furniture’s type and combination. For details, please contact our store staff.

Bridge / Tunnel toll of Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung and Labour Charge remain unchanged.
