Handmade Rice Flour Pancake
Rice flour pancakes – 150g (1bag)
Egg – 1pc
Milk – 120ml
Cooking oil (for frying pan)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put the egg and milk into a bowl and mix with a whisk. Add in the pancake mix and mix altogether.
2. Heat the frying pan over high heat and coat thinly with salad oil. When the top is slightly cooled with a damp dishcloth, pour in a circle 1/3 amount of the dough and cook for about 2 minutes over low heat.
3. When small bubbles start to froth out, turn it and cook for 2 minutes. It is ready when all is cooked.
If desired, eat with toppings, fruit sauces, and maple syrup.
Cautions: The product contains a bag of quality preservative, DO NOT EAT, remove it after opening.
