Tom Yum Kung (Lemongrass & Chili Pepper Soup) Cooking Kit
Cooking Time: Approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients: *Tom Yum Sauce – 100g / Spice Mix – 10g / Fish Sauce – 10g
Other Ingredients to be prepared: Peeled Shrimp – 6 pcs / Shimeji Mushroom – 1/2 share (50g)
Petite Tomatoes 6 pcs / Sugar 1 teaspoon (3g) / Milk 2 tablespoon (approx.30ml) / Water - 350ml
How to prepare
1.Boil 350ml of water and spice mix in a pan. When it boils, simmer on medium heat for about 2 to 3 mins
2.Add Tom yum sauce, shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, petite tomatoes, sugar and milk and simmer for another 1 minute.
3. Add fish sauce to the finish and it's done.
Other cooking alternatives
To reduce the spiciness, cook without adding the pepper of the spice mix.
To enhance the spiciness, chop the pepper from the spice mix and add it.
Enjoy the delicious soup by eating it together with some noodles, udon or pho etc.
