Handmade Pad Kee Mao (Spicy Basil Stir-Fried Noodles)

Cooking time approx.25 minutes)
Rice Noodles 120g
Pad Kee Mao Sauce 60g
Fish sauce 10g

Other Ingredients to be prepared
Pork - 120g
Japanese mustard spinach - 2 bundle (80g)
Shimeji mushrooms - 1/2 bundle (50g)
Oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)

How to prepare
1. Cut the pork into small pieces, cut the Japanese mustard spinach into 5cm widths, remove the Shimeji mushrooms and divide into small bunches.
2. Boil rice noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and put them in a bowl *(Please be careful not to boil for too long)
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, add pork and fry until cooked.
4. Add Rice Noodles, Japanese mustard spinach , Shimeji mushrooms and Pad Kee Mao Sauce from ② and fry until the vegetables are tender.
*(If the rice noodles are hard, add a little water)
5. Add fish sauce to finish and fry lightly.

* Shrimp and young corn are recommended as additional ingredients
