Handmade Chao Mi Fen (Stir-Fried Noodles With Dried Shrimp)

Rice noodles 100g
Stir fried sauce 66.8g
Drying ingredients (Shrimp & nuts) 2.7g

Other Ingredients to be prepared
Peeled shrimp - 8pcs
Japanese mustard spinach - 4 bundle (200g)
Green onion - 1pcs (100g)
Oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
Water - 250ml

How to prepare
1. Cut the Japanese mustard spinach 5cm wide and the green onions diagonally
2. Put oil, rice noodles, shrimp, Japanese mustard spinach and green onions in the frying pan in this order. Add 250ml of water, cover and heat on medium heat for 3 minutes
3. Remove the lid, add the stir-fry sauce and fry while loosening the rice noodles.
4. Fry until the rice noodles are soft and dry. Once is ready serve in a dry plate.

Other cooking alternatives
Wood ear mushroom and Garlic chives are recommended as additional ingredients
You may use pork and cabbage instead of shrimp and Japanese mustard spinach.
