Sauce for Korean Style Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken
Cooking Time: Approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients for 1-2 person
Ingredients to prepare
Chicken thigh- 100g
Cabbage leaves - 2pcs(100g)
Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoons (5ml)
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil and chicken.
Put the lid on bake until the chicken is cooked through.
3. When the chicken is cooked, add the cabbage and stir-fry until tender.
4. Turn off the heat and add the sauce to mix. Again, put on the medium heat, stir-fry.
*It will be more delicious if you melt the cheese to finish and top it.
