Soy Meat Gyoza

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
Turn off the heat, place the frozen Gyoza in the pan, ensuring they are spaced apart.
2. Pour water over the Gyoza, cover the pan with a lid. Steam fry over medium heat.
For 5 pieces, use 14ml of water and cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds with the lid on.
Use 150ml of water and steam for 5 minutes.
3. Once the water has evaporated, turn the heat to low.
Add enough oil to coat the edges of the frying pan. Cook until the Gyoza is grilled.
Caution:
Do not cook in the microwave, as this may cause the Gyoza to break or become hard.
Store the bag in a freezer at or below -18°C.
There may be changes in taste and quality if the contents are thawed and refrozen.
