Meal Kit Sauteed White Fish with Basil
DIRECTIONS:
Remove the sauce and defrost it under running water while still in the small bag.
①Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
②Turn the fish over, add the remaining frozen ingredients, cover and fry for about 6 minutes.
(Occasionally turn the fillets over and mix the ingredients to prevent them from burning.)
③Add the sauce and stir fry over low heat for about 30 seconds.
*White fish (Alaska pollack) may have bones left in it, so be careful when consuming it.
●Store in a freezer ( - 18°c or below)●Once thawed and refrozen, the taste and quality may change.
●Do not store in the refrigerator or defrost.
