Cold Noodle Soup Base - Sudachi

How to prepare for 1 person
Required time: approx. 10 min.
Ingredients to be prepared (1 serving):
• 1 ball of udon noodles (180g)
•100ml of water
1.Boil the udon noodles, then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2.Mix 100ml of water with the soup base and pour it over the udon.
3.Top with sudachi (1 bag) to finish.
Recommended for dipping medtol.
For making with somen noodles:
1.Boil a bundle of somen noodles (50g), then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2.Mix 50ml of water with the soup base (1 bag) and sudachi sauce (1 bag) to make a dipping sauce.
