Cold Noodle Soup Base - Sesame

How to prepare for 1 person
Required time: approx. 10 min.
Ingredients to be prepared (1 serving):
1 ball of udon noodles (180g)
1. Boil the udon noodles, then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2. Pour the soup base over the udon noodles and mix them together.
3. Top with sesame sauce (1 bag) to finish.
Additional ingredients: Pork and cucumber are recommended
For making with somen noodles:
1. Boil a bundle of somen noodles (50g), then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2. Mix 50ml of water with the soup base (1 bag) and sesame sauce (1 bag) to make a dipping sauce.
