Sauce for Kasuzuke

Ingredients for 1-2 person

Ingredients to prepare
Pork loin - 150g
Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons (10ml)

Directions:
1. Soak the pork in Kasuzuke sauce for 5 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, and place the pork in the pan.
Note: Please add the sauce to the pan together with the pork.
3. Cook the pork until it's thoroughly cooked, flipping it occasionally to prevent burning.
Tip: Chicken can be used as a substitute for pork.
