Cold Noodle Soup Base - Yuzu & Daikon
[DIRECTIONS]
How to prepare for 1 person
Required time: approx. 10 min.
Ingredients to be prepared (1 serving):
1 ball of udon noodles (180g)
1. Boil the udon noodles, then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2. Pour the soup base over the udon and mix them together.
3. Top with Yuzu sauce (1 bag) to finish.
Additional ingredients: Vegetable are recommended
For making with somen noodles:
1. Boil a bundle of somen noodles (50g), then drain and rinse them in cold water.
2. Mix 50ml of water with the soup base (1 bag) and Yuzu sauce (1 bag) to make a dipping sauce.
